On 31 October 2026, Cultivator Natural Products Pvt. Ltd. proudly inaugurated its fourth Herbal Processing unit, Save The Nature (International) Pvt. Ltd., at Salawas Industrial Area, Jodhpur, India marking a significant milestone in our 38-year journey.

This achievement reflects years of dedication, careful planning, and teamwork. What began with a vision in July 2024 has taken shape through more than two years of development, construction, and preparation. From laying the foundation to installing advanced manufacturing machinery and establishing specialized facilities, every stage brought us closer to this milestone.
The inauguration marks not just the opening of a new manufacturing unit but also another important step in Cultivator Natural Products Pvt. Ltd. continued growth, innovation and commitment to quality, sustainability, and responsible manufacturing.

We are profoundly honored to walk on a path designed by nature. Our new state-of-the-art facility beautifully balances heavy industrial capability with conscious environmental stewardship, featuring:
- Renewable Energy: A massive 500 KW rooftop solar installation to power our dreams cleanly.
- Water Stewardship: Advanced Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) for recycling wastewater alongside dedicated rainwater harvesting systems.
- Safety First: A comprehensive fire safety and hydrant network safeguarding our workforce.
- Purity & Precision: HEPA-filtered air systems in processing zones, seamless jointless flooring, and cleanroom walls.
- Eco-Efficiency: Energy-efficient, high-end machinery engineered to drive us toward a near-zero waste discharge future.
Two Years, One Phase at a Time
We laid the foundation of the 150,000-square-feet facility in July 2024. Civil construction was finished by January 2025, and the building was standing. Then came the part nobody sees from the road: installing plant machinery, writing internal procedures, and building a specialized pharmaceutical cleanroom.
That stretch of work took the better part of two years, and most of it happened indoors, one careful step after another. By 30 September 2026, the machinery and internal setup were complete, a month before opening day. A building becomes a manufacturing unit only when everything inside it is ready, and that is the day we were waiting for.
Built For Green, Clean and Consistent Work
We designed this unit around product hygiene, process reliability, global quality standards and environmental responsibility. The cleanroom is the centerpiece. It gives us controlled manufacturing conditions that help keep our products pure, which matters a great deal when the raw material is something people will eventually take into their bodies.
The processing side is built to handle larger volumes without cutting corners. All plant parts such as roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruit, bark and resin have dedicated different processing multiple lines to make sure that the products purity is 99.9% achieved. Keeping them separate means each type of plant material gets cleaned in a way that suits it. The goal is simple: treat each botanical the way it needs to be treated, every time.
The Standards Behind The Walls
Our certifications cover Organic, Vegan and Kosher requirements, USDA Organic (NOP), EU Organic, NPOP, COSMOS, Fair for Life, Vegan and Kosher. For buyers in the USA, Europe and India, these are the names they look for first. For food safety we hold FSMA and FSSC 22000.
We also work on ISO standards for food safety (22000), social responsibility (26000), energy management (50001), occupational health and safety (45001) and environmental management (14001). Two more recognitions sit alongside these: EcoVadis Gold and 2-Star Export House status.
None of these are decorations for the wall. They shape how we handle materials, how we treat our people and how we use energy. Taken together, they show where our attention goes: quality, sustainability, responsible operations and the expectations of international business.
Ten Days Of Prayer First
Before the inauguration came ten days of devotion. For us, this occasion was never only about machinery and infrastructure. It was equally about gratitude and faith.
Pooja and religious ceremonies began at the new facility on 21 October 2026 and ran until the big day. We asked for the blessings of Lord Dhanvantari, revered in Hindu tradition as the divine physician and the originator of Ayurveda. He stands for healing, well-being and the old wisdom of life itself. For a company that works with herbs and botanicals, it felt like a natural place to start.
Inauguration Day
Mr. Kaname Morita San from Japan, was our Chief Guest and formally inaugurated the facility. We were also glad to welcome Mrs. Pooja Mehra Surana, Joint Commissioner, District Industries and Commerce Centre, Jodhpur, along with guests, business associates and well-wishers.

It was a day of handshakes, communicating the mission - vision and a good deal of pride, and it reminded us why we do this work. About 500+ of our employees joined us, and honestly, they were the people we most wanted in the room. A facility like this is built by many hands, and this milestone belongs to all of them.
In his welcome address, our Director Mr. Tarun Prajapati said the unit reflects our aim to combine modern technology, global quality standards and environmental responsibility. He spoke about hygiene, reliability, and product quality.
Mr. Kaname Morita (Japan) praised the initiative and stressed the need to balance industrial growth with environmental conservation and appreciated the long journey of 18 years with Cultivator Natural Products in Japanese market, which is one the highest standards in the World and Cultivator is achieving one after another.
Mrs. Pooja Mehra Surana, Joint Commissioner, District Industries and Commerce Centre, Jodhpur talked about the dream become true; not only in the papers or in talk but also how nature is respected, keeping the balance between industrialization and environment, women employment, upgrading the skills and positive impact of company work philosophy.
Mr. Prajapati also pointed to the industrial potential of Jodhpur and the wider Marwar region. As the facility and its future expansion grow, we expect them to create jobs and build skills among local youth. He closed by thanking Mr. Morita, the Japanese delegation, Mrs. Surana, every guest, and the employees and associates who made the day possible.
What Comes Next
To our customers and partners, thank you for trusting us over these 38 years. To our employees, thank you for showing up every single day. This unit is yours as much as ours. The new unit gives us room to grow. We plan to use it without changing what got us here: care for quality, for people and for the plants we work with. The same values and the same commitment that guided us for 38 years now have better technology and stronger capabilities behind them. 38 years brought us here. Our vision takes us further. Welcome to the next chapter of Cultivator Natural Products.
